At Database, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged upon arrival

• The item received is incorrect (not the product you ordered)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, including clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
